The comprehensive renovation of one of the most representative buildings of Goerlich's architecture from 1928, the comprehensive renovation of the Mossén Market designed by the architect Ángel Romaní in 1932, the construction of the Ros Casares residential complex, 14 buildings designed by Fenwick, the extension and renovation works of the Metalworking Technological Institute or the construction works of the TACC in Valencia that houses the Air Traffic Control System equipment from which the airspace is monitored, are some of the most representative executions in which we have participated as main contractors or specialized subcontractors and also in UTE with other top-level construction companies.

Comprehensive Rehabilitation of the Mapfre Building
Located in the very center of the Capital of Valencia, it is one of the representative buildings of the architecture of Javier Goerlich and Cayetano Borso di Carminati, it was built in 1928 at 25 Xàtiva Street. Initially, the building was conceived to be a hotel, with the comprehensive rehabilitation project, the building was adapted for housing and its main use was transformed into offices.

Residential City, Ros Casares
Ros Casares City, a complex of 14 buildings with lofts, commercial premises, and offices located between the Vara de Quart industrial estate and the V-30, designed by architect Mark Fenwick, who also designed the new Mestalla, a €220 million investment by Ros Casares.

Expansion and renovation of the buildings of the Metalworking Technology Institute (AIMME) located in the Paterna Technology Park, Valencia.

TACC
New building for the Valencia Terminal Area Control Center (TACC) on a 27,607 square meter (m2) plot at Manises Airport. The Valencia TACC provides approach control services to the airports of Valencia, El Altet (Alicante), and San Javier (Murcia).
